  2. 1 subtitle file with the length of the three .mpg files? Or 1 subtitle file with the length of the one .mpg file but each mpeg should have the same subtitles?
For the first case you have either to join the mpegs (demux, join, remux) or split the srt to three srt files each with the length of the correspondent mpeg file (you will have to adjust the timings as well).
For the second case, just run spumux three times for each mpeg file.

It's the first case ,the three mpeg2 are converted from some other format(such as rmvb...),and they have the sequence timecode , can i have any other methods to add suntitles for the mpeg files ?

  4. Demux them, load the elementary streams into mpeg2schnitt or cuttermaran, join (you may even cut out overlapping if any), output as one new video + audio, multiplex with mplex and add the srt with spumux. If the mpeg files are ok, you can also demux+join in one step with projectx.
