Hey, I have an AVI file that is really screwed up. The aspect ratio is really messed up and the only way I could get it to look good is changing it to 16:10 in VLC Media Player. But I want to convert it to DVD, so what program can I use to change the aspect ratio to 16:10? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  2. Resize the video to 648x480, padd the left and right edges with 36 pixels of black (to bring the full frame up to 720x480), burn as 16:9 DVD.

Use AVISynth, VirtualDub, TMPGEnc, whatever you want.
