I just bought a Panasonic mini-dv camcorder. Would upgrading from a 9600 pro video card to a 7800gs make any difference when I start to edit videos? My computer is a 3500+ amd processor with 2 Gigs of pc3200 memory. Thanks!![]()

video card makes no diff. at all ...

The video card plays no role in encoding, so it won't have a direct effect on the video but it may have an impact on your perception while editing if it's properly calibrated. However the same could be said about your current video card.
