I typically capture with VirtualDub and Bao TV ,when I play the file ,there is video but not audio capture.

To capture Audio with Virtualdub, your Audio input should be connected to your Sound Card.
If you are capturing from TV cable, your Capture card would have an audio out. Connect a suitable cable from this audio out to the Line In of your sound card.
Open your Mixer or Volume Settings. Select Recoding settings and check if Line IN volume is not Muted and adjust the sound level.
