Iused to have DVD Decrypter and then use the DVD Shirnk, to go back to the decryper and burn a copy of a DVD.
Now, I am using DVD Fab Decrypter latest version, and the DVD Shrink 3.2 does not open the file.
How can I burn my DVD again?

DVD Shrink should open the DVDFab Decrypter file with no problem. Just use 'Open Files' and point it to the VIDEO_TS folder.

If, on the other hand, you just need to burn a Shrink file, you can still use DVD Decrypter for that. Or a newer method is to use ImgBurn instead of DVD Decrypter for the burning part as it is updated unlike DVD Decrypter.

There is a version of Shrink already set up for that, you just need to add ImgBurn: http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?t=63869

    avigran,

If DvdShrink can't open the rip, then there are problems with the rip. Development of DvdShrink stopped back when dvds weren't intentionally screwed up internally to stop you from backing them up. Consequently, it can't handle the weird garbage that ripping a recent dvd produces. You could try using FixVTS as a follow-up step to repair the rip (as thegeeman suggests).

As an alternative, you could give RipIt4Me a test drive. Once it's set up, you just click one button, and it takes care of all the nasty ripping details for you, using a combination of its' own internal programming, and the DvdDecrypter and FixVTS programs. The very last automated stage is opening the rip in DvdShrink, partly to verify the rip is clean, but also to make life easier for users like you that are going to shrink with DvdShrink after the rip.

If you also use the modified DvdShrink that redwudz provided the link to, and install ImgBurn, you'll have a state of the art ripping, shrinking and burning process that is very easy to use, and it's all freeware (although some of the components' authors will accept donations if you want to reward them for their effort).
