    Hi,

    I am new here & I am new to convert video files

    I am converting AVI movies 349 megs grab from TV to VCD with Nero last version.
    The avi file run perfect with nero player & sound is synchronize
    I convert the file in VCD & the sound is ok at begining of the movie but slowly desinchronize more & more until the end of the movie when I have 1 to 2 seconds diference!

    Can this be fix & how?

    If not,is there adifferent converter that works better?

    Dropped frames in the AVI maybe? How do you capture, and to what codec?
    Best AVI to VCD process is VirtualDub (for filtering, resizing and frameserving) -> TMPGEnc (for encoding to VCD specs mpg) -> VCDEasy (for authoring as VCD).
