Hi all. I have an mpg video clip that I made by joining smaller clips together in Win DVD Creator 2.
I now want to make it run 2 or 3 times faster than normal,(like a sketch from the Benny Hill show) but WDC2 won't do that from what i can tell.
I know that Windows Movie Maker does will do it at double speed, but I have problems with WMM making my PC crash every time i use it,or even when i play one of the files created by it,so that one is not an option.
I want something that will speed it up by about 2 or 3 times,so that a 1 minute clip would become 30 secs,or 20 secs for example. Once that's done,I can add the audio to it.
I'm only going to be doing this once,so I'm looking for something free or cheap or a 30 day trial or something like that.Anyone know what program(s) can do this,if any ?
cheers

Ulead VideoStudio has variable speed adjustments from really slow to ultra fast. It's like 10 - 100 - 1000. (100 being normal play) I think the trial period is 21 days? Maybe 30. I don't remember.
Good luck. -
