    I'm afraid yes. Or you could have just read above a bit more carefully. Here's what I've written. That means that when I DON'T change framerate, movie plays in stills.

    No. In the script I used for the movie above I had to check the PAL checkbox (on the right) which tells CCE to encode to 25fps or else the encoded video was playin n freezin playin n freezin.. when encoded at 23.976fps

    So I have to check the PAL thing.
    And I opened another topic because the name of this topic is "Aspect Ratios and TV Screen..." which has nothin to do with subtitles. It got too complicated and nobody read it all so he could answer. What's the problem of opening a new topic?
    To make the long story short, I really appreciate your help but you could be less ironic.

    It's not the fps that is your problem, it is somewhere in your encoding. CCE has no problems encoding this type of material.
