    Hello.

I'm looking to buy some DV Camcorders. They will mainly be for when I do any video interviews that I will be publishing to DVD and on the web when I start this magazine that I'm working on.

Pretty much, I was thinking of buying 2 DV camcorders, with the following specs:

    Must output to firewire.
It must have a headphone jack.
Must be able to use an external mic with it.
I would like it to shoot in 16:9 if possible.
    I also would like a 3CCD setup.

Now..I dunno if $400 would get me a nice camcorder like that. If not, then tell me how much we would be talking here, and what would be needed in order to produce a professional project.

I've worked with DV camcorders before, but I've never bought 1 for myself. Please tell me what you use or prefer, and why.

    I greatly appreciate any help.

    Thanks.
    Sincerely,
