my friend have a Sony VAIO PCV-RS720G Desktop PC, i took the S-video/RAC thing which is a pci card home. i find the driver online.
and now i need a software i tryed VirtualDub, iuVCR, WinTV2000, VirtualVCR, Cyberlink PowerVCR, software but none of them work. i through that pci device dont work on my computer but i used the VLC media player and i plug my PS2 in it and the only problem is that you can feel the delay when u press a bottom, the video and the audio works fine.
Is the delay a hardware problem or the software problem? if anyone know how i can fix the delay that will be good, but if you can give me a software that works fine and can also record that will be great.

here is a picture of the Hardware

Many computer manufacturer's put thir drivers online. Their site should be the first place you look.
