  1. HELLO,
I RECENTLY ENCODED A DIVX WITH TMPGE, AND WAS ABLE TO BURN TO DISC... I USED NERO 5 TO CREATE A VCD FORMAT... AFTER BURNING THE CD, I DO NOT HAVE ANY VIDEO!!! THE AUDIO SEEMS OK, BUT I CANNOT VIEW THE MOVIE ON MY HOME DVD PLAYER. MY PLAYER SUPPORTS VCD, CDR, AND OTHER FORMATS, SO THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I AM DOING WRONG???? I AM PRETTY NEW AT THIS ALSO...... THANKS A LOT!!! THIS SITE IS GREAT!!!!!

  2. Last time I had this problem it was because I hadn't installed the correct codec. I had to install the 'smr' codec. Try previewing your file in Tmpgenc before you encode it. If you can see the video while previewing in Tmpgenc, thats not your problem. If its black also in Tmpgenc, try installing another codec.
