  1. I got some files that are iso and i cant open them. How can i get them to open?

    Some compression tools can open them. The better method is to either burn them to a CD or DVD (depending one what they are an image of) or installing daemontools and mounting the ISO files as virtuald drives so you can access them from your HDD.

  3. i copied them on cd but when i put the cd in it just brings up the window with the file on it is daemon the thing to use

    When you burn them to CD you have to burn the image. Try using imgburn2. It sounds like you burned the file as data, which is why you just see the file.

    Or if they are a video file, you can use VLC to watch them without converting.

    You don't haft to burn it and you don't haft to mount it if all you want to do is view the contents of the iso and maybe extract a few files or the entire contents to your hdd. WinImage is my favorite program. Do a google search, it's easy to find.
