I am having sync problems.
The conversion from VHS to MPEG (using ADS DVD Express hardware and Ulead Video Studio 7 SE DVD to capture) is fine with no sync issues.
When I use TMPGE'nc DVD Author Ver#1.5.11.37 the resulting video is gradually out of sync by about 1 to 2 seconds. I have done other VHS captures and authorings before with no issues but it seems that the last 3 or 4 I've done have this problem.
Any suggestions please.
Thanks

I've never had TDA modify a file unless I give it out of spec audio and it converts it. For example 44.1Khz audio it converts to 48Khz to meet the DVD spec. Even then, it's never had a sync problem. I would check your audio and video before authoring and make sure they both meet the DVD specification. Look to the upper left in 'WHAT IS' DVD for the specification and format. And of course check that it's all in sync.
Other than that, TDA should just add the DVD format and not really do anything to the files. You could try a file from a different source and see if it has the same problem. Does it do this with every file you input?
