Selecting the right player for me

Hi,

I need help finding a dvd player with the following features ;

- Optical audio output
- RCA(Cinch) video output (the yellow cable from the white/red/yellow cable)
- NTSC/PAL support
- Divx support
- Region Free (optional)
- USB (optional)
- DD/DTS decoder

My budget is 100$ approx.

I heard of RJ-Tech but I think their quality sucks, can someone confirm that ?

I'm open to all suggestion.

Do you guys know any good canadian online shops ?
