  1. I've installed AVICodec so that I can examine basic information about my files. But with it set to include V.Bitrate as one of the columns displayed, this is always shown as '0 Kbps'. Is this a known flaw, or am I not using it correctly?

If I open the same AVI files in GSpot or VirtualDub, their bitrates are shown.

I've noticed that too sometimes. I don't think it's a problem with the video, but a programming error in avicodec. If I go do something else for awhile then try it again it usually shows all the information correctly. I've also noticed that sometimes it won't show the filesize of the video or audio component. This too I believe is just a simple programming error. But usually it works correctly.

    Good luck.
