TMPGEnc plus/mpegtools error

I am using mpegtools and simple de-multiplex to seperate an video and audio from this vob file so it can be edited but it wont load into mpegtools all I get is not responding yet i have just done 1 vob previous and my hard drive light stays on i dont mean the power light i mean the drive light just cannot understand why it is doing all this when just a min ago it was fine

try demultiplex with pvastrumento or projectx instead.

Baldrick i have downloaded pvastrumento but it dont show u where video and audio files are placed cant understand it as its not english, and other program called projectx where is the .exe file to start it
