    Does anybody know if this machine will record on DL media? Im having a trouble of a time finding out if this is so.

    Well regardless of this it seems that the general concensous is to record onto a disc and then edit it with the computer to provide a seamless disc which is what I want. I dont want no stop/pause or any of that while playback. For the money to pay for a DL disc i expect the best.;

    No, the JVC DR-M100 does not do DL recording.
