    Is there any file or way i can use to check if my dvdplayer + tv can support a PAL DVD

    Just author a quick PAL DVD with whatever you have handy and test with that.

    What is DVD tells you the standards for PAL. Just create a simple clip using virtualdub and PAL resolution and framerate, encode and author as PAL. The only difference between PAL and NTSC is esolution and framerate.

    Actually, the manual usully tells you if it plays NTSC or PAL or Both.
