    I've been encoding using tmpgenc to encode my downloads. I've tried ntsc and pal and used high quality setting. My problem is in parts of my movies it seems like the video speeds up, but the audio stays at normal speed. Ihave an APEX 500W DVD player

    I'm also using TMPGE, but I've also used Panasonic Encoder and the audio sync problem persists.

    If anyone can help... we would certainly appreciate it.
