working with chapters

I an using Nero Vision Express to create a DVD. It has 4 movie clips from different movies. I have these clips set up as 4 different chapters. What I would like to be able to do, is after each chapter is played, go back to the main menu so I can choose a different chapter. Is this possible with Nero Vision Express? Is this possible using some other program? If so, can someone please explain how to do this? This is my first DVD authoring project.

What you have is 4 different titles. NeroVision is a simplistic authoring tool, restricted in what it can do. Pretty much any other authoring tool can do this easily. For a freebie, GUIForDVDAuthor. For cheap, simple but capable, Tmpgenc DVD Author. After that you start to play with the big boys.
