Am I doing something wrong with VCDEasy?
I cut a raw AVI from my VHS tapes using VirtualDub, then convert to MPEG-1 with TMPGEnc, edit the MPEG using TMPGEnc then cut the final VCD with VCDEasy. The final VCD has a lipsync problem in that the sounds is delayed from the video by about 300ms. Why is this?
I have checked the AVI and the sound is fine. The mpegs are also fine before and after editing.
I know that the video files that VCDeasy create have the problem because I can run the VCD files from my HDD and the sound problem is there.
Have I missed a setting somewhere in VCDEasy?

tmpenc's cutter and splicer has allot to be desired, I have always had sync problems if I make more than 1 cut or join just about anything, better to use a different editor, I use wcdcutter but there are a couple of others that work fine also.
