Hi folks,
Just a silly question, I've never used TSCV, I used to author VCDs with Phillips VCD2.0 Toolkit, which I liked very much as it supports chapters as well as Menu-sound,moving menus etc. The only thing I hated was, that it supported only strict VCD2.0 compliant Mpeg-Files. Now I heared that TSCV also soppurts Chapters and moving menus, so I'd like to know if it also supports files VCD-Mpeg-Streams with a lower bitrate and XVCDs in general. Thanx for your answers,

TSCV is a GUI of VCDImager and yes, you can make non-standard discs with VCDImager.
