I'm trying to transfer (capture) my Digital Video tape recordings from my digital video camera (JVC GR-DV3000) to my pc so I can burn them onto a DVD but I'm running into a problem and I'm hoping I can get some insight on how best to go about it.
I've got everything needed as far as the hardware, I just need to get an application or two that will recognize my camera through the IEEE DVi output on the camera going into the IEEE card I just installed in the pc. My pc recognizes the IEEE card just fine so, it should work fine if I can get the right programs. I'm really just a novice at this so If someone could give me their insight on how best to go about this it would be greatly appreciated.
