    I have an avi file which it's audio is in english but a second later you hear a russian audio.How can I seperate the 2 audio so I can hear the english audio only?

    If it's been dubbed (i.e. Russian is overlaid on top of English) the answer is no. If it's on a separate channel, just turn that channel off.

    A lot of films are dubbed like this in russia, and there is little you can do to seperate the translation, other than stop downloading films like this.

    First, check if it's stereo or not. If it's 5.1 you can forget it.

    If it's stereo, just try flipping the balance all left vs. all right. (Use the "mixer" to do that)

    Does it come out of one speaker, or both ?

    If both :

    Open it in virtualdubmod. Go Streams -> Stream List. If you have only one audio track, then you may as well delete the file.
