How do I reset DVD Decrypter?

Hi:

When before I decided to install Nero Show (big mistake) and used dvd decrypter(and dvd fab express) the file exstensions used to go like this IFO, VOB, BUP. Now since installing Nero Show the file extension have changed to Backup File of the IFO, DVD Movie and DVD Movie Info. Which is very confusing to me.

Is there some way I can reset both decrypter and dvd fab back to the old file extensions??? Do I need to uninstall them both and reinstall them???

All you need to do is to change the way Explorer shows these files. Open the folder, go to Tools - Folder Options, choose the View tab and deselect the "Hide extensions for known file types" option.

Thanks for your reply. I did what you suggested; using Window's Explorer and I did notice the file exstension like you said. Is there some way to get the file extensions to show up under the "TYPE" of file(that's where the way it used to be before I screwed things up)? See new attachment.

You can also go to any folder, 'Tools>Folder Options>File Types' and change the filetypes for VOB, IFO, and BUP if they are shown. Change the association to DVD Decrypter or change what action is available when you right click the file.
