I'm a novice with computers. I just bought an Iomega 500GB external hard drive FAT 32 to store movies I have on my NTSC hard drive in my desktop. However when I try to copy even one movie to the new drive, I get a pop up meessage that there is not enough disk space on the new drive.

I don't undewrstand why this is. It's very frustrating. Anyone know the reason for this?

    Thanks for any help.

Guess 1 - fat 32 is limited to 4gig files. Your probably exceeding this.

Reformat the drive to NTFS and you shouldn't have any problems.
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?
