I need software to do ALL of the following to upload video to Google, YouTube, Fuse.tv and TravelChannel:

conver my 16:9 PAL to NTSC letterboxed 4:3
convert 29.97fps or 25fps to 20fps (for TravelChannel)
convert audio to MP3 (or if possible MP3Pro)
    shrink to 320x240
    compress to less than 100MB
convert to .wmv, .MP4 and most importantly Quicktime .MOV (for fuse.tv)
do it with really good quality (time isn't important and I have a decent system with AMD 64 x2 with 2GB DDR2-800, 500GB SATA-300.)

Preferrably for free, but that's the least important.
Easy to operate would be a bonus.

    Thanks...

I would try Total Video Converter.

Or MediaCoder but it's far from easy and kinda buggy...new releases every day....

Or resize, crop, change frame size with virtualdub or avisynth and save as avi and then convert to wmv with windows meda encoder, mp4 yamb, mov quicktime pro.

Don't most of those online video sites transcode your source files anyway? Youtube seems to re-encode all of their files as flv and 540bps. Doesn't matter how good the stuff you give them is - the low bitrate re-encode they do destroys the detail anyway.
