Any free programs I can get to do this. I have my video ready to do this in a TS folder. I wanna make it from this kick ass star trek fight scene. Kirk dekevers a great 4 move combo, starting with a drop kick!! Classic.![]()

A animated avatar is just a animated gif. The biggest problem with avatars is the size. You can minimize the colors, but making them small enough is a challenge. VideoHelp has these avatar size restrictions: 'its width can be no greater than 80 pixels, a height no greater than 80 pixels and a file size no more than 10kB.' The one I use here is 35 X 64 pixels and is about 2.03Kb in size. It's about 5 or 6 frames, I think.
