Anyone recommend a good AIO authoring package???

Hi to all on the forum

Been using Sonic MyDVD and/or Nero Vision for sometime now, and i'm now bored with the fairly sub-standard menus they create...

Most of my videos are TV series, so i'm looking for an all-in-one package that would let me:

A) Convert AVI/MPG files to DVD format
B) Set up a tiered menu system comprising main>episode>chapters (c/w return to main)
C) Have the menu selections as text and/or imported jpeg/bmp's (Not a huge box with a video still displayed!)
D) Possibly have some semi-fancy transition between menus?!?!?

And if there isn't a single package that can accomadate my needs, can anyone suggest a good set of tools / tutorials?

Ulead DVD Workshop or a good video encoder like quenc and DVD-lab Pro.
