    I'm having problems with the video not being smooth. I recorded some video while riding a motorcycle and as I watch it, the road and trees going by are not flowing smoothly.

    I recorded with a MiniDV camcorder and want to create a DVD.

    I used WinDV to capture it, CCE SP Trial to encode, TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6 Trial for author and burn.

    I tried this same clip with Nero doing all the steps and it turned out fine.

    Any suggestions for settings to eliminate this.

    Sounds like you have the field order wrong in CCE. Change the field order and encode again. The problem is not with the authoring.
