Try using the VideoDownloader extension with FireFox. It's worked for me on many similar occasions.

Or a more tedious method (that usually-but not always-works) is to play the video in Internet Explorer, then open up the Internet Explorer cache/temp directory in Windows Explorer [do a google search if you don't already know how to find this directory] and simply copy the file to a normal directory.

A couple things about this second method though: First, even on really good computers opening the temp directory in Windows Explorer can cause a crash because Windows and Explorer suc... er, I mean because this directory is usually overburdened by the sheer number of files in it, so it's always a good idea to delete all the files in your temp directory prior to opening the page with the video, etc. that you want to save. Play the video normally now so that Internet Explorer will download it to the temp directory, and then when you open the directory in Windows Explorer there will only be a few files in there and the one you are looking for will be easier to find. Also, the file might not be showing up with exactly the name you expect but if you sort by file size and/or type it's almost alwasy easy to identify the one you want. Now simply right-click, copy, and paste in a new location.

**Important: Leave Internet Explorer open when you do this (and staying on the same page even is probably a good idea) as it will sometimes delete the file from the temp directory automatically and you'll have to download it all over again.**

    Good luck!
