Uploaded recorded TV programme from Humax. Plays perfectly on desktop with VLC Media player. I want to make a DVD for general use. Found difficulty with Roxio 7.5 DivX-to-DVD (audio out of sync). Took advice from Forum and downloaded DVR Studio Pro to convert .ts broadcast file for burning on DVD ("in one simple step"). No audio! Any suggestions please.

    Thanks for response.

HDTV2DVD produces video with 2 second delay on audio.

Convertx2dvd produced no video and no audio. Failed at 00.00.00

  3. If you are getting audio delay or video dropouts, you need to fix your TS files first. Try VideoRedo and it's quickstream fix. You may also try MPEG2Repair.

Try FixVTS. This will do a good job of making your DVD files on your HardDrive DVD compliant. It will fix any small problem it finds.

Problem solved using VideoRedo, whose helpline stated :
You can use VideoReDo either prior to running HDTV2DVD or afterwards. Not familiar with HDTV2DVD and since we are coming out with our own DVD authoring module in the next couple of months, this is a feature that will be part of the VideoReDo family.
