Convert mpg to VCD

Hi everyone! I've just downloaded something from Youtube and I used Riva FLV Encoder to convert it into mpg. On my CD player portable I can watch short films but only in VCD format. Can u tell me how can i do it? How can i watch the videos on my CD player ?

You didn't say what model your CD player is, so we can't help too much.

However, after encoding to MPG (assuming it's a VCD-compliant mpg), you could author in VCDEasy and be done with it (assuming that your player CAN actually play VCDs).
