If you use the resize filter in virtual dub, do you still have to encode it with a codec (divx, xvid, etc?) Or can you just save it in the same format it was encoded in? I have a video which is 704x480. I wanna take it down to 160x120. Do i need to re-encode it, or is there a way to save it without having to go through that?
