Hi-
Demux the Spanish subtitles in SUP format using PGCDemux. Take the other DVD and demux everything (video, audio, subs (if any), and celltimes.txt (chapters). Remux using Muxman, this time adding the new subs or replacing one of them with your Spanish language SUP file (replacing will be better and easier, if possible). After authoring, open the DVD (the one with better image quality) in VobBlanker and use the "Replace" button to replace the original movie with the one you made with your new subs. Process and Test. If the subs don't show up, come back and ask again.
