I recently backed up a dvd that is a compilation of music videos. When I looked at the files in dvd shrink, I found out that there is room for another video. There is already an existing menu for a bonus video (released after the initial release of the main set of videos). How can I add another video into the folder containing the bonus video? The video I want to add is already on another dvd I've baked up, so I can just copy and paste the file (right?). And if all this is possible, like I think it is, how can I adjust the menu for the bouns video to reflect the added video?

No, you can not just copy and paste the file.
You can use dvd shrink in reauthoring mode and join dvd video clips from differents dvds but you will lose the menu.
If you want to keep the original menus you can try dvdremake pro.
