Can I use a normal Cd-R 80min FujiFilm, and burn a Svcd on it? Or do I have to buy a special kind of Cd-r that is just for Svcd?
If so, how much do those cost? And is there a considerably diffrence between a Vcd and Svcd?

Any cdr can be used to make a svcd or vcd but some dvd players can only read certain types (blue, green, etc..)or certain brands (Verbatim, memorex, etc..) Use the dvd player section on this site to see what your dvd player reads best.
Yes there is a considerable difference between vcd and svcd. If your dvd player supports both I suggest try each and see which one you like best but make sure to use a high quality source otherwise the benefits of svcd are lost. -
Ok I understand now. Thank you. But would it make a diffrence with Anime?? If I started to burn Svcd's with Anime on them?? Or do they mean Full Movies like Superman, Saving Private Ryan..those?

Exactly what do you mean when you say "...would it make a difference with Anime?" ?
Svcd movies (Human actors or Anime, cartoons) are mpeg2 files.
If you see a difference when watching Anime on video tape versus Anime on DVD, then it's up to you.
