Ok I have a VHS copy of a TV series that has occasionally lost its vertical hold (I suspect the original was macrovision protected) but this only occurs at the top of the scene and only occasionally. My questions are this: Is there a program that I can run the file through that will clean up these little jitters. Next, since I will be putting them on VCD, is there a video format (divx, mpeg etc) that is easier to edit than others? Thanks!!
