I'm using an avg bitrate of 4400. 2000 min, 8500 max.
I tried encoding with 8000kbps CBR. Same results I'm afraid with both encoders.
EDIT: I checked the files on my other 2 PCs and the same problem occurs. So I guess this isn't a drivers/hardware issue since I have completely different hardware on my other rigs.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
