    for example, i have the video file "VID.avi' and these sub files "VID1.srt, VID2.srt and VID3.srt". How can i burn a DVD disk, to play in a DVD player, whit the possibility to chose between the subtittles ?

    The appropriate authoring tool will have the facility for multiple subtitle tracks (not all of them do provide).

    The DVD player in question will have the ability to cycle between all of the subtitle tracks. Some cheapo players will only let u turn on/off.
