Where is it?

Whilst I was searching the web for a graphical analogue video capture tool for Linux I came across a site which had screenshots of GTK port of Cinelerra. This page wasn't in English and to further decrease the googlability they'd given the project a new name. I really want to know where this is now as the Cinelerra-cvs guys don't know anything about it!

Should none of you know are there any other forums on Linux video?
