Software to create digital seal

I'm looking for a software to create a digital seal (like those old rubber seal stamps).

If your seal is already designed (a rubber stamp seal) you could just scan it.

I am not quite sure what you want, watermark maybe?, digital signature?

Exactly.

I've found one. It's called Seal Maker. It does exactly what I'm looking for, but the author asks almost 60$ for it, which is way too much.

Of course, it would be that simple if I have one, which I don't.
I've been too lazy to order one, but OTOH if everything is digitalized and printed, why not include a seal into a document (when it is required).

Hm, I used a watermark program, but I do not recall that it has an option to make an oval (elliptical) or round shape of a text, like on a real rubber stamp.
Digital signature? That would be nice and handy, too.

ok..that makes more sense..you are wanting something that will design a logo that looks like a rubber stamp. a "digital rubber stamp" just wasn't clicking for me.
