Able to import into DLP2.
I want to display the chapter's title (static) with a countdown clock. Able to select intervals so lets say display every second of the countdown.
TIA.

The only way to do this is to create a seperate title clip of the selected duration, and create a specific subtitle for that title clip. User selects, for example, a 10 second countdown, and the ten second clip plays. If they select a 5 second countdown, the five second clip plays. Mind you, if you are creating seperate clips, you may as well just put the timer in the clip, rather than use subtitles.
I have seen a few DVD based games that use countdown timers and this is how they do it.
Another method would be a single clip starting at 30 seconds and counting down to zero, with chapter marks at 5 second intervals. Just start at the appropriate chapter to countdown for different periods. Accuracy of chapter points would be the main issue with this approach.Read my blog here.
