    I have just bought a Hauppage Nova-T DVB-T TV Card and
    I am wondering one thing, what program is great to record
    DVB broadcasts with?

    that's terrestrial right?
    Seems like the software shiped with your card, is a great choice.
    An alternative may be something like GBPVR or Mediaportal.

    I use DVB Web Scheduler. You can configure the recording everywhere using a web browser.
