    1. Watching Tv on mine Tvcard is OK, but when starting capture(uncompressed) the quality of the picture is automaticly lower(no more such sharpness), but the video is fluid.
    I was trying Fly2000tv, iuVCR.

    2. When using DScaler, the quality of the capturing video is OK (the same quality as watching), but the video is not fluid.

So I think the tv card is capable of recording good quality, but some programs using more quality of the picture, but the fluid is not good, the others use no such capture quality but the fluid of the recorded video is Ok.

So, I suspect my celeron 466/300 ram is to slow to capture the uncompressed video with good quality(sharpness and fluid)

I am not sure about that, please help me.

the fluid sensations is possibility ,that you are watching deinterlaced video .......
and the uncompressed video is interlaced.

Also if the program use hardware acceleration for playback and enhance the video , it's going to be more fluided

I try something about deinterlacing video and the quality and fluid is now good, but when I see a recorded video it is now very verticaly tight.

I don't know if this is a result because the quality is now good?

Your computer doesn't have enough horsepower to capture full screen video realtime, so it drops the quality to "keep up". A faster computer will allow you to do what you want in real time.

The quality is actually not good, sims a little better because the recorded video is verticaly tight.

For now I will stay with my VHS and will buy in the future better PC and video components.

    Thanks.
