    Hey all,

    I represent a board of ed looking to create a series of video galleries that our students can upload to (similar to google video with a rating system)...

    Does anyone know of such a system (preferably open source)?

    NO all-in-one solution. But if you are using php can you begin with http://ffmpeg-php.sourceforge.net/ .
