    Using Toast 7 to burn hd avi. versions of Lost season 7.
    no audio in qt, but will play in vlc. what conversion is necessary to enable burning in Toast.
    Am compiling about 3 episodes per dvd.

    For a show that's at season 3, it may be tough to get audio on season 7...

    It could be that you could use the QuickTime AC3-for-AVI codec.
    VLC's Info (Cmd-I) should be able to confirm that the audio in the file is AC3 (aka A52, aka Dolby Digital).
