  1. Hi,

I have some streamed wmv files from tv channel websites which broadcast live content.

Unfortunately tose are are quity crappy quality (320*240 resulotion).

I'd like to try to put them on dvd resolution (lowest one 352*288).

What filters (virtualdub or avisynth) do you recommend me to get the best quality from those files ?

I know I can't expect full quality but if there are some filters that can improve the quality...

I tried transition once and got good results.
See if you upsize the video it gets all blocky.
But with transitions you can convert it to HD resolution. Now it doesnt increase the quality but the video still remains the same. You cannot see any extra details but the resolutions is bigger.
I think that is fair enought.
After that you will have to convert it back to dvd or vcd resolution using any other program
If you really have the time is suggest doing this you can increase the size and you get the same quality.
