converting divx

I'm using ConvertXtoDvd to burn to dvd's but I'm having problems with dovx movies
can any help I want to covert divx to mpeg or somthing else ?

Convertxtodvd supports divx. Any error msg when you import or converting? and if it is .divx try rename to .avi and import.

the problem is that it will play on my computer after burning but not on my dvd player it says no disk

How *did* you burn it, and what model is your player? There are many possibilities here. If the DVD plays on your PC, but not your player, either the DVD is not in the proper video DVD format, or your DVD does not support recordable media. Otherwise, you'll have to be specific.

I use ConvertXtoDvd to convert & burn it It works with other mpeg's & avi's just have this problem with the divx ones

Are you converting to NTSC or PAL? Your dvd player may only support NTSC.


Or just try some other all-in-one tool and see if it helps...click on Tools in the menu here to the left and click All-in-one DVD Converters.
