Im trying to get a 200 MB AVI video file to around a 60 MB .rm (or .wmv) file. Does anyone know the best way of doing this, or what the properties of getting something like is?
The quality can be lost alittle bit, but I have subs on some, so it cant be overkill...![]()

Windows media encoder for WMV, set the bitrate and convert. Use a bitrate calculator to calculate the output size.
RealAnime for RM....maybe a bit complex though... -
Hi there,
What if I want to do the opposite ie. convert a rmvb with Unicode to a AVI. I tried rename the folder and the file in English then use notebkook to script the convertion to fps=29.97 and AviSynth it to open in VirtualDubMod. It won't open but it can play in Media Player Classic.
Thanks
